Cape May has been contract brewing a lot of their beers across the bridge at yards. That's why they started Cape distribution so they were able to bring their own beer back into the state to distribute. Any beer made outside the state must go through a distributor. Buying Flying Fish gives them the production capabilities to not have to rely on contracting through yards is my take. I would not expect the flying fish brand to last very long.Wow, this is a surprise. FF is a much larger operation. What drove this? Did they get themselves extended in the new digs?
