Update on the olso beer I used dried yeast from and made a starter 1 liter with about 4 grams of the dried Oslo. After a week my gravity was stuck at 1.030 original was 1.058. I just pitched some hot hed in there hopefully to pick up where the Oslo left off.

So 7 days later the two hearted clone is still in the basement at 72 and chugging away like a pop every couple seconds from the airlock. Also still a thick krausen on top. The Hazy IPA finished by Sunday and is now cold crashing. Got down to 1.006 from 1.066
I just pitched a pack of Omega Hornindal into a mason jar yesterday. Put about 3T spoons into a hazy ipa that I chilled to about 105 around 1PM.
