Biere de Mars

Fish and I brewed a Biere de Mars in January. This is a northern French/Belgian style somewhere between a Saison (farmhouse ale) and a Biere de Garde. In other words, both floral and earthy and malty. This beer is traditionally made in late winter or early spring and is meant to be consumed fresh (Biere de Mars means March Beer). I don't know if it's an embarrassment to have any of this left when April rolls around, but I can count on my friends and family to avoid that contretemps.

Love the label, hope to try the beer! How did you make the label?
I looked for a spring-like label for a Biere de Mars and found one from Brasserie de Gambrinus. The majority of the label was lifted from that. Next, I looked for a flowy, spring-themed font and used that for the text. I made all the edits in Gimp.

Sounds cool, what kind of yeast did you use?
