Gluten free local brews

I'm pretty sure Village Idiot uses clarity-ferm in their beers. I know that a few members and/or member spouses with diagnosed Celiacs can drink the beer there.

I also THINK that Yards does to. Not sure if any of the other local breweries do.

Yards uses Clarex in several of their beers which makes them "essentially" gluten free:

BREWERS CLAREX IS DEVELOPED BY DSM FOR TWO BREWING PURPOSES
1) Eliminates the appearance of chill haze, while also increasing the shelf life of packaged beer.
2) Significantly reduces gluten in beers brewed with barley and wheat.
