Mexican Stout

I recall someone pouring a mexican stout at Big Brew day. I was wondering if anyone here could point me in the direction of brewing one myself. Any help will be appreciated.

I have found a few recipes online but they are all over the place.

Thanks.

It was mine that was being poured on big brew day . Base stout was actually the kane stout wort ( I think frank jr has the make up ) . I soaked everything in makers mark . 4 oz cacao nibs , 2 vanilla beans , 2 cinnamon sticks , I believe a teaspoon of cayenne pepper , and I did a spiral soaked in makers mark ( steamed for 30 mins prior to soaking) .

Mind you these were just based off of previous beers for amounts ; kinda winged it on the cayenne which turned out to be good .
