Philly grain and malt symposium

It looks like we could get a booth for it. Maybe we can talk to some peeps at the symposium and next year a few brewers can make some recipes with their malts and share at the event.

Either way, I’m hella interested in attending
 
I'm pretty sure used their 6 row a few years ago for my Pre-Prohibition Lager at the Beer Barons ever. I was quite pleased with it. I'll have to look at my recipes and see if I used it in anything else. Philly Homebrew Outlet was stocking it then.
This ought to be an interesting event.
 
Does look pretty cool. I can try to make some inroads. If we can’t participate, I might be interested in just going anyway.
