Oak Barrel Buy

Been thinking of playing with barrels for a bit now..

I found a place in cooperage in Kentucky, OakWoodBarrels.com and contacted them and they sell to the general public. The problem is I need to order at least 5 barrels. So I was wondering if anyone was interested in a barrel group buy of sorts.

Price below is before shipping and might change until I have a final count. These are new barrels and we can select char amount as well.

10 Gallon American Oak $105
15 Gallon America Oak $120
10 Gallon French Oak $165
15 Gallon French oak $195
60 Gallon French oak $325

Remember this is the price before shipping. More people the cheaper it will be.

They also make 5 and 8 gallon sizes as well..

If anyone has cheaper or better sources let me know.

I didn't ask but I assume we can choose the desired char/roast. I want something as neutral as possible since these are going to be for wild/funky/sour stuff.

DO they have a discounted wholesale price? I will offer up my FEIN if it drops the price. Plus I can get shipping for $110 a pallet. I have no idea how many would be on a pallet but it may help. Let me know.
